In my previous role, I assisted in maintaining brand standards across marketing materials, ensuring cohesive messaging in all communications. For example, when contributing to social media content or designing co-op marketing materials, I followed established brand guidelines for tone, visuals, and messaging. However, I also looked for opportunities to introduce fresh, engaging elements—such as adapting visuals for different platforms or suggesting new post formats—while staying within brand parameters. This approach helped maintain consistency while keeping the content dynamic and appealing to our audience.

I assisted in setting up and monitoring digital campaigns, including email marketing, Google Ads, and Facebook ads under supervision. My responsibilities included basic campaign setup, scheduling, and performance tracking. I learned to monitor key metrics like click-through rates (CTR), engagement levels, and conversions to assess effectiveness. For example, if an email campaign had a low open rate, I would note possible factors like subject line or timing and suggest adjustments.
